What is Midland Teen Court?
Midland Teen Court is a non-profit organization that provides educated guidance through the justice system for teens.
Empowering teens to be their best selves
Second opportunities administered by peers
Midland Teen Court uses youth participation as an alternative system of justice offering young offenders an opportunity to make restitution for their offenses. Teen Courts focus on individual responsibility, youth participation, and results. Youth who are charged with and plead guilty or nolo contendre to a Class C misdemeanor may request deferral to Midland Teen Court for the punishment phase in place of paying the fine.
